Our recruiting firm is partnering with a legal firm in Delray Beach, to find them a Staff Accountant.
This organization has great benefits and offers a fun work environment that includes paid volunteer hours, weekly catered lunches and hybrid office schedule after 90 days.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and monthly journal entries for prepaid expenses and AP/AR
- Maintain fixed assets and accruals
- Balance sheet reconciliations and review of financial statements
- Support month-end, year-end close and audit process
- 3+ years of Accounting experience
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) required
- Bachelor's Degree required (Accounting, Finance or Business highly preferred)
- Experience with ERP
- Commute comfortably to office in Delray Beach
