·        Experience in technologies such as C#, MVC, NoSQL, and Microsoft .NET Core framework development

·        Problem Solving skills to tackle business challenges

·        Experience with both coding and/or leading groups of developers in the coding, review, testing, and production release process.

·        Bachelor's degree in IT, or relevant professional experience

·        Experience managing co-located and remote team members

What you'll do:

·        Lead a team of developers who are building our correspondent banking platform for some of the best community banks in Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico.

·        Mentor developers of all levels, evangelizing your knowledge and best practices to colleagues?

·        Take deep ownership and shape the future of your team and the correspondent banking platform

·        Work directly with licensees to improve the correspondent banking platform

How you'll do it:

·        Use your experience in estimation and architecture to accurately size projects and choose approaches

·        Satisfy your natural craving for problem solving by building proof-of-concepts and designing applications?

·        Tap into years of .NET and web experience to peer review code and pair program through tricky requirements?

·        You will help balance project timelines and team commitments in an innovative environment

·        You will act as a mentor for the team through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills

• You will design solutions and choose technologies that solve clients' problems while staying within constraints

·        You're smart and motivated enough to find a way, even if you don't know how yet?

Where we're going

Actively moving towards a service-oriented architecture and automating our deployments and configurations, we'll be rolling out new tools to our stack like Bootstrap, NoSQL, and .NET Core. We are always on the lookout for ways to make our sites more secure, scalable, and fast. We are continuing to explore new payment technologies and services to ensure our customer banks remain competitive.
