Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior QA/Test Lead who is not just a manager but also deeply involved in hands-on testing activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, particularly in Azure DevOps and Tosca, with proficiency in managing both onshore and offshore resources. Exceptional communication and reporting skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to conduct API testing. While experience with Selenium is a plus, a candidate's ability to lead and contribute directly to testing efforts will be prioritized.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and actively participate in the testing process, from test planning and design to execution and reporting.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for test case management, defect tracking, and collaboration among team members.
• Harness the capabilities of Tosca for test automation, ensuring efficient and effective test coverage.
• Conduct API testing to validate system functionality, performance, and security.
• Manage onshore and offshore resources, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Foster a collaborative testing environment, facilitating communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Generate comprehensive test reports, highlighting key findings, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing, integrating new tools and techniques as appropriate.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior team members, offering guidance and support in their professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a senior QA/test leadership role, with a strong focus on hands-on testing activities.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for test case management and collaboration.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Tosca for test automation.
• Familiarity with Selenium for web application testing (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage onshore and offshore resources effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
