We are seeking an experienced Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and at least 10 years of relevant experience. In this challenging, fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to develop, status, and analyze integrated master schedules to support the design and creation of the the most groundbreaking aerospace and defense technologies - those that exist today and those that will shape tomorrow. What to look forward to: As a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst you will be using your skills and expertise to prepare, develop, and coordinate our integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet our program objectives and ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across the enterprise. You'll be responsible for tracking plans and schedules, performing risk analysis, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts utilizing Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques. You'll evaluate the level of schedule compliance and identify reasons for completion shortfalls.

Must-haves:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and at least 10 years of relevant experience
A higher level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Extensive application skills in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Experience supporting IMS development for Government programs
Experience leading and supporting compliance to Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) compliance with ANSI-748A to include IMS and resource loaded schedules
Experience effectively supporting contracts with complex CLIN and WBS structures ensuring compliance with MILSTD-881D
Strong understanding of scheduling best practices to include WBS development, baseline control, critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and schedule performance and health metrics
Experience in the aerospace industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, integrate data, and focus on achieving mission results

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $101,774.67 - $139,940.19SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
