About this role:

CyberArk is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Tech Alliances Community to build and manage a thriving community of Technology Alliance partners. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Tech Alliances community, defining platform requirements, creating engaging content, working with internal teams, and managing community-based integrations to help partners contribute to integrations that are published on the marketplace.

You will start by building a strong foundation for the marketplace integrations by collecting feedback from customers, partners, and the field to identify areas for content improvement. You will then provide the marketplace team with the needs and requirements for the Tech Alliances community.

As a next step, you will focus on driving the community and creating engaging content to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among Technology Alliance partners, customers and channel partners. You will also work with internal teams to ensure that the community platform and marketplace content align with the latest product strategy and marketing initiatives.

Finally, you will plan and enable community-driven integrations to grow the customer ecosystem and deliver a foundation that allows for partner-contributed integrations to thrive on the marketplace.

What you will do:

  • Ensure accuracy, relevance, and easy understanding of marketplace and integrations content.
  • Develop and execute community strategy to align with CyberArk Technology Alliance Program goals.
  • Provide requirements for the marketplace team to enhance the marketplace platform towards building the community, ensuring a seamless user experience. This includes collecting feedback from customers, partners, and the field, prioritizing new directions, including measuring success.
  • Create engaging content to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among customers and partners and promote through social media and other channels.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure that the community platform and marketplace content align with the latest product strategy and marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and enable community-driven integrations to grow the customer ecosystem and meet community needs.
  • Deliver a foundation framework that allows for partner-contributed integrations to thrive on the marketplace, taking into account technical development challenges, security considerations and scalability
  • Collect and analyze community usage data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and inform community strategy.
What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Information Systems
  • 5+ years of experience in product/program management, in the technology industry.
  • Experience building and managing technical communities.
  • Experience managing projects in a global organization.
  • Experience with Developer Communities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $160,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
