Sr. Product Manager - RN

The Sr. Product Manager RN works closely with the Group Product Manager, information technology, business operations, and other stakeholder teams to deliver solutions that drive the product vision and ensure critical business capabilities are implemented effectively to achieve expected efficiencies, medical cost savings and return on investment.

Establish lasting relationships with key business stakeholders to enable strategic alignment of capabilities. Mediate between business leaders and the technical teams communicating needs and translating needs into new features for the team to design.

Lead efforts to fulfill defined product solutions, ensuring those solutions follow the vision and strategy of our business teams and stakeholder groups.

Drives engagement with technology or operations on requirements and approach for desired clinical business outcomes for workflows and product capabilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrates accountability and ownership of programs/projects, SME support assigned to successfully deliver on assignments
• Collaborate with line of business stakeholders and partners to understand, establish, manage and prioritize impacted technology & operational processes needed to support key business initiatives
• Thought leader adept at working with stakeholders to define consumer and business needs and translating them into clinical workflows, features and requirements
• Attend and collaborate with PMC groups representing the Clinical Domain
• Leverage Cost Benefit and Risk to create and refine capabilities and features
• Supports and provides all status updates to established project administration processes (Rally, Demand, SharePoint etc.)
• Effectively navigate, build and cultivate cross-functional, cross-enterprise relationships with stakeholders; partnering to gain support and buy-in to enable action and delivery of functions, services, and solutions
• Identify, communicate and drive critical issue resolution and decision making

• Expert knowledge, understanding and experience with business processes, capabilities and products
• Excellent understanding and awareness of clinical technology and operational capabilities
• Exceptional Customer service/advocacy experience
• Uses enterprise-wide thinking and business knowledge to solve problems; Challenges current thinking
• Expertise with analyzing business needs to determine capability impacts
• Experience leading product / capability analysis, impact and design strategy in large programs
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and achieve goals in a highly matrixed environment
• Collaborator with the ability to influence at all levels within a large dynamic organization, across multiple stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication skills including written, spoken, and formal presentation communications.
• Ability to assimilate quickly to new environments and pressures (business and customer trends, environments, opportunities), exhibits flexibility and applies a continuous learning mindset in all aspects of work
• Demonstrated change management experience, helping an organization understand and adopt new ideas and new ways of operating, including innovation and speed to market
• Expertise with Agile software development processes. Formal experience with one or more recognized Agile methodologies (Scrum, PMC, etc.) or toolsets (Rally, Jira, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
