Overview

With a highly communicative and collaborative mindset, the Sr. Manager - Campus Key Accounts will primarily

lead, manage, and develop the multi-brand sales opportunities at FLC Co. ( B&N College ) and the Hanesbrands Inc. expanding portfolio of collegiate Primary Apparel Management ( PAM) institutions. This self-motivated, results oriented sales leader will support the Director of Sales - Campus with strategic market and customer business planning, customer growth partnerships, and key business analysis and tactical execution. The role requires a highly visible commitment to developing and maintaining strong, cross-functional working relationships with key internal, sales support departments. Core competencies in organic and new business development, including opportunity identification, brand building, marketing, and merchandising . Responsible for $75 million in sales between B&N schools and Primary Apparel Schools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support successful FLC Co. ( B&N College ) transition and integration with Hanes/GFS, including proper and timely communication and connectivity between organizations .
  • Establish and cultivate strong, key customer business relationships through enhanced market and customer knowledge, customer engagement, and shared vision for the shared business opportunity .
  • Drive development and execution of customer class and key customer business plans, including marketing and promotional plans, key customer programs and initiatives, customer and rep sales objectives, rep expectations, etc.
  • Tracking and evaluating seasonal and annual sales and financial performance at brand, market, customer, gender/product, and program level .
  • Segmentation, management, and evaluation of key customer brick & mortar and e-commerce business.
  • Contribute in the preparation and execution of key internal, cross functional business reviews, customer forecasting, customer operations, customer resource support, etc.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of PAM agreements, including annual sales targets, royalty guarantees relevant to campus business, customer sales history, approved licensees, etc.
  • Enhance and expand a sustainable, key customer POS deliverable for FLC and targeted PAM retailers.
  • Assist in the development and management of an industry leading HOT MARKET business model.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five - Seven years of sales and sales management experience in the apparel industry
  • Quantifiable accomplishments in development of attainable and aggressive sales goals
  • Knowledge in translating marketing plans into effective sales strategies in the apparel industry
