Job Description Summary:
PayPal's Enterprise Cybersecurity team is looking for a Sr. Manager of Business Operations. This position will focus on supporting and coordinating PayPal's CISO and Leadership Team with all aspects of business operations. This role has the ability to work directly with PayPal's CISO, Office of the CTO, and the broader Cybersecurity and Technology organization. In addition, they will have the opportunity to work on topics that have direct and significant impact to PayPal as a company and learn a lot about our Security practices as a company and as an industry.

Your way to impact:

This role significantly impacts the entire Cyber and Information Security team, by leading and managing the organizations business operations. This touches almost every part of the team's daily experience and enables each member of the organization to achieve success in their roles. It also directly influences and guides the decisions of the CISO and their Leadership team, while coordinating with the Office of the CTO and other Technology Chief of Staffs.

Your day to day:

• Drive accountability with the PCIS Hiring Ramp, WFP Principles and Hiring practices
  
• Drive and manage the PCIS budget and expense management process
  
• Coordinate all operating cadences for PCIS
  
• Help to coordinate and drive PCIS strategy and priorities
  
• Coordinate with the OCTO CoS community
  
• Help to coordinate Board obligations
  
• Coordinate OCTO Operating Review Cadences
  
• Help to coordinate offsites and leadership meetings
  
• Help to coordinate Quarterly-All Hands
  
• Help to coordinate team engagement opportunities

• 7 Years of experienc
  
• Strong interpersonal skills
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Ability to organize and coordinate in complex situations
  
• Detail oriented
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects or work streams at the same time
  
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders
