A strategic L&D program is a critical component to bring this to life. As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you will be integral to the development of our growing global employee base. You will partner and collaborate with our business leaders to understand learning needs and develop effective programs to address those needs. You will design, develop, and facilitate an ongoing training program to upskill the organization - employees and managers. L&D plays a key role in an employees clear path to success and empowering our employees in their Bullhorn careers.

A typical day might include:

  • Partnering with the business stakeholders to perform a training gap analysis.
  • Designing a scalable development program for Bullhorn managers, prioritizing new manager training and then addressing the needs of our more experienced managers.
  • Designing and facilitating a broad range of courses for employee development utilizing a clear understanding of adult learning theory and a blended learning approach.
  • Partnering with Human Resources to build a 90 day Company Onboarding program and program managing the development of content.
  • Facilitating engaging virtual and in person training sessions.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of development programs, ensuring we're hitting our development goals, as well as impacting the business.
  • Vetting training vendors and promoting the adoption of our internal LMS and Linkedin Learning.
  • Partnering and collaborating closely with the VP of L&D, HR leaders, and DEI Program Manager to create innovative development solutions.

This role may be a fit for you if:
  • At least 5+ years of corporate L&D experience, and a passion for design, developing, and facilitating training.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories/principles.
  • You can lead engaging and thought provoking L&D programs.
  • You are agile and can flex your style to a variety of global audiences.
  • You can work autonomously, handle ambiguity, and can work well in a remote environment.
  • You enjoy working on a fast paced, engaging, and global team who are passionate about the employee experience.
  • You have experience coaching or training managers and you're looking to implement new innovative strategies at a fast growing software company.
  • You're organized and detail oriented.
  • You build strong relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders and employees.
