Job Description:

CoreLogic is seeking an experienced, energetic Senior Leader who will manage and partner to evolve a Custodial Accounting team providing insights and driving resolution to meet SLA's and deliverables. The Senior Leader will manage a high performing team both onshore and offshore and oversee payment processing for checks and electronic payments.

  • Manage daily custodialdisbursements to taxing authorities for the commercial and residential business according to set schedules, controls, SOP's, and SLA's.
  • Review and approve daily wires and other activities.
  • Month end close activity and reporting.
  • Daily liaison with operations, offshore teams, and other internal and external customers.
  • Participate in a variety of audits, internal and external including RegAB and SOX audits as required.
  • Manage fully cycle payables processing including wires checks and ACH.
  • Deliver results individually and as a key team member in a fast paced, high-performance culture.
  • Manage and execute 1099 reporting and filing with the IRS.
  • Enforce compliance and adherence to internal and external controls and requirements.
  • Participate in testing and UAT.
  • Identify and drive process and procedure efficiency improvements across assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Act as a primary liaison for area of responsibility supporting issue resolution for inquiries, escalations, and projects.
  • Continuously evolve monitoring and testing to enhance value delivered to the business by maximizing team capacity and strengths.
  • Coach and develop employees towards the goal of achieving sustained performance while also serving as a mentor and facilitator in helping them achieve job satisfaction and career growth.
Provide required reporting and metrics, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly as needed.

Job Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred.
  • 5 years+ Leadership experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for reporting, presentations, information sharing.
  • Excellent customer and listening skills - builds customer confidence through commitment and delivery of customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills to retrieve, query, create, update, and manipulate documents and spreadsheets containing formulas and formatting.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy,and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Tenacity for solving detailed / complex issues.
  • Strong analytical skills and good judgment
  • Ability to adapt to change in a high volume fast-paced environment.
  • Ability totrain and provide feedback to others.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers, other departments, and clients to improve processes and share best practices.
