Primary Role
This is an intermediate and growing level of the job family where employees are assigned responsibility for performing moderately complex work solving a wider range of standard and non standard problems and to continue to build their skills in gathering and analyzing data concerning public utilities, and in reviewing utility applications. In this role they work under moderate to minimal supervision and may independently handle presentations at public meetings, preparing exhibits and testimony, and may be called upon to provide expert testimony in routine cases, or to research a portion of a case and testify to the findings.
