Sr Data Analyst - Compensation
100% onsite in Irvine, CA (Candidates already located in Southern CA will be considered)
Direct-hire
$110-140K base salary (depends on exprience)

Partnered with a leading and privately-owned & operated restaurant organization. They are looking for a SR DATA ANALYST for Compensation.

This position will be reporting to the Compensation Supervisor and assisting with the administration of compensation programs. As a trusted advisor to Business Leaders, will have direct impact in helping the company reward its Associates and attract talent.

This role requires compensation experience, particularly in job evaluation, market data analysis, and salary and bonus administration. The position also requires strong Excel, analytical, verbal, and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of compensation experience (i.e. in job evaluation, market data analysis, and salary and bonus administration).
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail with large data sets.
• Experience with providing education and consultation to HR and Business stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of CompAnalyst or Oracle HCM.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• CCP (or progression towards CCP) is preferred
