Sr. Customer Service Representative

Job Purpose: Works closely with the Program Manager and with various departments to meet program delivery goals. Responsible for all administrative aspects of the program.

Nature of Duties:

  • Interacts with customers, inside sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
  • Oracle Data Entry of Customer POs, Sales Orders, and RMA sales orders
  • Process Credit and Rebills against sales orders
  • Run Oracle Reports as requested
  • Maintain Price Lists in Oracle
  • Perform receiving in Oracle for material receipts
  • Responsible for all administrative aspects of the program including maintaining backlog and forecast in MRP system.
  • Works closely with the Program Manager and with various departments.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Up to 2 years experience in customer service, order processing or equivalent experience
  • Ability to follow oral and written guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Oracle experience a plus
  • Willingness to learn, takes initiative, and offers improvement ideas

Pay - $15 - 19.50 per hour
