Company Overview:

To effectively facilitate compensation-related activities in support of organizational goals and objectives and provide compensation expertise in job studies, pay plan design, organizational management, and salary administration in order for Everside Health to attract, retain, and motivate high caliber teammates.Position located in Denver, CO.

General Purpose of the Job:

  • Analyzes, designs, and administers employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs.
  • Manage specialized compensation programs, including structure, tracking, and monitoring (e.g., sales incentives).
  • Contributes to compensation programs for executives, officers and other top key positions, including short- and long-term incentive plans, financial and tax treatment of compensation programs, and proxy disclosure and analysis.
  • Develop methods for communication and education to create pay and compensation transparency within the organization (i.e., total rewards statements).
  • Partner with finance in the administration of internal equity/stock programs.
  • Work with team members to conduct pay equity analysis and recommend any changes to current compensation.
  • Evaluates jobs, determines pay grades, participates in compensation surveys, and performs associated analysis.
  • Ensures that requests for pay adjustments comply with current compensation policy.
  • Assist with the merit and annual incentive compensation (bonus) programs.
  • Responsible for the day to day activities of the company's equity incentive programs.
  • Create and maintain database integrity and ensure accuracy recordkeeping of equity data.
  • Ensures all forms of equity compensation are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plans from which they are granted.
  • Working with team leaders to identify opportunities for aligning jobs, policies and compensations programs.
  • Help develop materials and other employee communications, contribute ideas and assist with teammate education program utilizing various media available, including conducting teammate trainings and information sessions (in person and via video conferencing).
  • Assist with other projects as assigned.

  • Thoroughly familiar with equity incentive programs.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, such as Fair Labor Standards Act, and other federal laws regulating employee benefits, compensation and privacy standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • UKG (formerly UltiPro) HRIS system experience preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources classification and compensation functions.
  • Ability to collaborate with HR leaders and provide HR support as needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to make informed decisions.
  • Highly confidential approach to company and employee records.
  • Certified Compensation Specialist, PHR or SPHR certification a plus.

Salary Range: 85k-95k
