Speech Language Pathology- Visiting InstructorPosition Overview:
The Instructor is a faculty member who supports the Speech-Language Pathology program through duties including assisting with supervision, documentation, and the coordinator of clinical services in addition to teaching discipline specific courses. The Instructor provides a quality learning experience for students; teaches, advises and mentors students, evaluates student performance, and maintains department and student records in accordance with university policies. Adheres to the educational philosophy of the university. Works in a collaborative manner with colleagues and professional peers. Participates in university meetings that relate specifically to faculty. Faculty report to a dean or chair and performs instruction-related duties and responsibilities in a timely manner and in accordance with the mission, policies, and procedures of the college.
**Note** This is a full-time, non-tenure track position and will be for one academic year, Fall 2022 and Spring 2023. The salary for this position is commensurate with credentials and experience.

The College of Education and Professional Studies currently has 100 full-time and over 100 part-time faculty organized in seven departments. The college offers 23 undergraduate majors and 28 graduate majors. All teacher education programs are CAEP accredited. Other programs are recognized at the state and national level with accreditation by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Dietetic Association (ADA), the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA), the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the National Council on Family Relations (NCFR), and the Oklahoma Educational Quality and Accountability Commission (OEQA).
