What You'll Do

The Production Order Processing Specialist will play an integral role in ensuring production departments have the data and documents needed to produce Team Shop orders efficiently and correctly. The candidate will ensure all production documents are distributed to the correct area within 48 hours of receipt of the team shop labels. The candidate will ensure orders are scheduled properly to maintain and improve the on-time delivery performance of the plant and all orders are scanned properly in Filemaker. This role will provide the Nicaragua facility with all needed files for profusion uniform production.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:

• Carries out daily duties such as correcting ship dates on player orders, printing job cards, making team shop packets, distributing packets to production, sending documents to Wells Apparel Group for profusion orders, releasing team shop orders in SAP.
• Works closely in supporting production by providing documents in a manner that allows the plant to maintain on-time delivery goals
• Pull production cards from regular manifests/packing lists provided by Wells Apparel Group for custom uniforms arriving in Sparta
• Assign production of order lines in Filemaker

What We're Looking For

This role requires:

• A High School Diploma or GED is required
• A minimum of 3 years of strong experience in an office environment
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills with a focus on Excel

Other qualifications include:

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate, plan, and organize personal tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to openly collaborate and develop relationships with internal and external team members
• Experience with standard office applications including Microsoft office suites and SAP.
• Experience working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to assess situations and create action plans quickly and with flexibility
