Our client is adding an office in the Plano, TX area. They are expecting an influx of purchasing through the end of the year and need a Sourcing Associate to assist. There is both potential for this to be extended and possibly go perm if you are interested.

Some of the duties will include:

• Manage and execute incoming Purchase Requests/Purchase Orders from various departments
• Review purchase requests and purchase orders against company policy and contracts
• Research and resolve invoice issues
• Assist in reconciling invoices to POs for payment

Some of the requirements include:

• Minimum of two plus years of related procurement work experience
• Experience with Ariba and similar ERP systems
• excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree
