Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) Advisory Services Consultant

The Business Consultant will be responsible for driving product utilization, mitigating attrition, and contributing to revenue growth and the market success for the SDoH product segment. The chosen candidate will help to define and implement advisory services programs that are vital to the execution of overall SDoH product and market strategy. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to work with contracted clients as a subject matter expert as it relates to the utilization and interpretation of LexisNexis SDoH data and predictive scores. The chosen candidate will be vital in the post-sale customer experience model and will contribute to the growth and retention goals of SDoH revenue.

Accountabilities

  • Serves as an expert on consulting in the application and integration of SDOH analytics solutions in the workflow of our clients across the pharmacy, life sciences, provider, and payer markets. (Primary verticals are Payer and Provider)
  • Skilled in developing professional deliverables (ideally that can be reused and repurposed) that are clear and meaningful for customers and keeping all consulting content current. Able to provide insight for customers and create ad hoc data reports as needed.
  • Provides customers with innovative strategies, solutions and reporting that result in data integration and improved utilization SDoH data attributes and scores.
  • Understands how SDoH scores, care drivers, and attribute data can be leveraged to help provide guidance for customers' business decisions and patient/member engagement strategies.
  • Able to navigate customers' organizational structure and operations, collaborating with all levels of stakeholders in an effort to gain buy-in and secure change management around consulting project initiatives.
  • Responsible for training users; at customer site and/or remotely
  • Develops key relationships with customers (trusted partnerships) that results in increased retention and product utilization.
  • Collaborates with the SDoH Product and Strategy teams, sales and account management teams, and Senior Leadership to identify opportunities and bring continued value to SDoH solutions.
  • Will be responsible for designing and implementing Key Performance Indicators for consulting services and assumes accountability to measure the success of those efforts on a regular basis.
  • Collaborates on the overall SDoH product strategy and acts as a testing resource for new innovation and product deliverables.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to internal LexisNexis resources.
  • Participates, as needed, and in collaboration with Product, Strategy, and Marketing in thought leadership engagements which may include presentations, webinars, and white papers/case studies.
  • Participates in product trainings and effectively networks with commercial sales team.

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years' client-facing experience in solution delivery, product, and/or training
  • Consulting experience preferred, ideally with focus in Healthcare Analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field
  • Proficiency in designing training materials
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. PowerBI a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, analysis/problem solving skills, critical thinking and emotional intelligence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate complex ideas
  • Work well with unstructured projects and problems across functional areas
  • Background in specific industry with knowledge of products, segments and businesses. Specific focus on Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Device and Providers/Health Systems a plus.
  • Ability to work independently
