Overview

Steampunk is looking for a service design expert to join our growing team of experts solving some of the toughest challenges within our Federal Government. You will apply your knowledge and expertise working on a project to build deep learning networks solving problems in problems in the areas of fraud detection and cybersecurity.
Contributions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead/Work on a wide array of delivery projects
• Design intuitive digital services & experiences for government clients
• Integrate & lead multidisciplinary projects

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with interface/service design solutions for clients as well as leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience within a relevant service design discipline.
• Experience with creating the project vision, execution and overall quality.
• Experience with user research.
• Workshop planning and facilitation skills.
• Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues & clients.
• Experience with iterative prototyping.
• Ability to respond positively to shifting priorities and project timelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Sketch
• Experience with Axure and/or Basalmiq
• Design Thinking
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with formal training or certifications in service design, experience design ,visual communication or related fields
• Salesforce experience
