What You'll Do

• Service DeliveryManager for Testing to handle a large Testing CoE for one of our key accounts.

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

The ideal candidate will have:

• • Strong experience of leading large testing accounts >100+ resources in a global delivery model
  • Strong understanding of operating model and financials
  • Has strong experience of setting up Test Governance and delivery oversight
  • Independently handled client communication, reporting and quarterly business reviews
  • Develop and manage relationship with key client stakeholders
  • Has thorough knowledge of different testing types and methodologies
  • Experience of leading and delivering transformation and innovation initiatives leading to efficiencies and reducing overall cost of quality
  • Domain experience in Financial or Tax sector is preferred
