The Service Advisor is responsible for meeting and greeting customers and managing customer requirements related to the repair and/or servicing of their vehicle. The Service Advisor is a key player in the dealership for fostering positive customer relations and serves the liaison between the Service Department Technicians, Parts Department and customer.
