Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SEO/SEM & ABM (content marketing) expert to join our Marketing team at Arrow SaaS & Media Global Marketing!


As our SEO/SEM/ABM Manager you will be responsible to managing all search engine optimization strategies + execution as well as support the strategy/build/execute of more targeted/persona-based marketing initiatives.

As our online presence and more personalized content is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business' growth and success.

You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, ad builds, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.

You will be responsible for performing user intent research, group keywords that produce similar organic search results into composite groups and analyze them for user intent collectively. These insights will be direct strategic recommendations for the types and topics of content that should be created or optimized to meet the needs of our target account segments.

You will assist in creating targeted personas, personalized content, user intent insights and assist in identifying the language that our target account leads are using in organic search. You will also help plot content along each persona's buying journey, so each piece of content answers the right questions and presents an appropriate CTA.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages on our public facing websites for search engine marketing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Identify key SEO KPIs
  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports regularly
  • Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
  • Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven success in SEO/SEM and ABM (content marketing) initiatives (please be willing to share specific examples)
  • 3+ years of experience web analytics, marketing, and business development
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Experience with SEM Rush and Yost
  • Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • BS/MS degree
  • Analytic acumen
  • Experience in building ad packages
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition


Even Better if You Have

  • Graphic Design skills/experience using design tools like Canva, a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Knowledge/experience Adobe Creative Suite

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$76,500.00 - $93,500.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
