Our entertainment client is looking to hire a Senior UX Researcher to join their team full time. This person will help lead research to inspire and inform the next generation experiences for their customers. They will strategize research needed, develop user-experience research plans, review product roadmaps, collect data, moderate design testing sessions, and facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders. They will also deliver research reports based on an understanding of how to interpret design principles and standards to evaluate effective designs.

Responsibilities, Skills + Experience:


Manage multiple large-scale projects involving the management of both internal and external talent.
Responsible for applying those levels of knowledge and professional experience to the development of design processes, roles and resources.
Has a working knowledge of both primary and secondary research methods and practices.
Familiar with both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.
Applies human behavior principles and methodologies to research problems in order to design the best customer experience.
Advanced knowledge of UX research methods and design principles.
Senior-level, real-world experience in design (8-10 years) with working knowledge of managing projects independently.


Education:


Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Human Factors Engineering or equivalent experience.
