RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in NYC is seeking an experienced, focused professional to serve as a Senior Systems Engineer. Summary:In this role, the Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for supporting best-in-class Systems Engineering operations in a dynamic enterprise environment for a variety of customer driven emphasis items. Qualified applicants must be self-motivated and able to perform expertly given consistently evolving priorities. The Senior Systems Engineer will be required to work independently to collaboratively and constructively influence both internal and external organizations for strategic and operational decisions for program entities, Directorate Customers, and Industry Partners to achieve positive results.REQUIREMENTS:
- Microsoft Active Directory, DNS\DHCP, GPO Administration experience
- Solid understanding of network and troubleshooting
- Cisco MERAKI Switches, Routers, WAP experience
- VMware vSphere experience
- Backup & Replication experience
- SAN, ESXi Hosts experience
- Windows Server administration and support experience
- Office 365 End User Support experience
- Knowledge of OT environment in a wine industry like SCADA and its automation via networks & technologies
- Project management training such as Prince 2\Agile would be advantageous
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
