RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Washington, DC that is seeking a Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst.The Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst will work with a variety of key stakeholders, both lawyers and staff, to support the development of profitable pricing solutions in response to client RFPs and informal pricing requests. The Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst will serve as key resource for the business and client development teams, and will ensure fee proposals are consistent with the Firm's strategic goals and appropriately capture value.Additional duties of the Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst include:

• Advise and educate lawyers on the potential risks and reward of alternative fee arrangements, such as fixed fees, partial and full contingent matters, and blended rates
• Assist with the development of financial tools, processes, and best practices in relation to the pricing and business development process
• Deliver excellent customer service in response to lawyer and client requests
• Other duties and projects as assigned and deemed appropriate by management

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of financial analytics and/or pricing experience
• Experience with Thomson Reuters Elite 3
• Experience with MS Excel - high level of proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet functionality
