Join us as a Senior Reliability Engineer in our Operations department, where you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing continuous reliability improvement of equipment and utilities at our site. Your focus will be on improving asset reliability through the elimination of repetitive failures, providing technical support to the facilities and maintenance functions, gathering and analyzing data, and optimally managing the Asset Life Cycle process.

Accountabilities:
As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you'll develop standard repair procedures, broaden the use of RCA investigations, and facilitate problem-solving tasks. You'll train and mentor maintenance and reliability technicians on precision maintenance fundamentals and drive actions for continuous improvement based on KPIs related to site maintenance and reliability metrics. You'll also manage and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including systematically defining, developing, monitoring, and refining the process.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Reliability Engineer
- 0-5 years of applicable experience

-BA/BS in engineering or life sciences

Sr. Reliability Engineer
- 5-12 years of applicable experience
- BA/BS in engineering or life sciences

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- MS or MBA
