Your new role as a Recruiter
What you will need to succeed
- Source, recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled professionals to match client requirements for contract, contract to hire or permanent opportunities
- Build a network of active and passive professionals through creative sourcing, referrals and networking events.
- Conduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to effectively match candidates' qualifications and job requirements. Negotiate wages and contracts with candidates.
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates through ongoing contact.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
