Job Description Summary:
What you need to know about the role -

As a Senior Product Manager, you will build consumer features that provide contextual insights that help customers make informed decisions about their purchase during their shopping journey. The ideal candidate is empathetic to the needs and motivations of different customers while also considering what the aggregate data is saying. You are also technical enough to brainstorm solutions with our engineering team to find the tradeoffs between impact and cost while considering the technical limitations. You also have experience in building ecommerce experiences for millions of users.

The Shopping team is focused on building world-class shopping experiences at the top of the funnel where shoppers begin their shopping journey. Our goal is to help shoppers to find the best deals for what they're looking by working along side our editorial team of deal finders to create an engaging and personalized shopping experience. We use our data to help consumers save more by build tools around coupons, price history, and cashback rewards.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will build consumer features that provide contextual insights that help customers make informed decisions about their purchase during their shopping journey. The ideal candidate is empathetic to the needs and motivations of different customers while also considering what the aggregate data is saying. You are also technical enough to brainstorm solutions with our engineering team to find the tradeoffs between impact and cost while considering the technical limitations. Your day to day

• You will get to use an effective combination of research, data, and product intuition to make timely decisions.
  
• You will get to understand the "why" behind everything we do.
  
• You will serve as a communication hub and collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment across the ecosystem of Honey products.
  
• Have a deep awareness, respect, and empathy for what we ask of our users and the value we provide them in return.
  
• A natural, deep curiosity that drives you to learn, investigate, and constantly ask why.
  
• Expert communication skills, including the ability to persuade and inspire.
  
• A knack for simplifying complexity, and a proactive attitude towards knowledge sharing.
  
• The ability to think outside the box when it comes to generating ideas, but an understanding that execution is what ultimately matters.
  
• Comfort with ambiguity, and an instinct for moving quickly and iterating rapidly.
  

What you need to bring -

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing products at scale.
  

• Collaborative mindset and experience negotiating stakeholders at mid/large-size companies (legal, finance, compliance, etc.)
