Senior Process Engineering Manager *Job Title:* Senior Process Engineering Manager
*Location:* Needham Heights, MA
*Salary:* $130,000-$160,000 Annual Base Salary, Medical, Dental, Vision, Bonus, 401K with match, Student Loan Assistance
*Requirements:* 8+ years experience with process engineering, 3+ years with large scale production facility builds. Process equipment design and installation.

We are an eco-friendly product that is taking off in the cosmetic and textile industries. This last year we made $190M in Series C funding and have about 100 employees.

Our team needs a *Senior Process Engineering Manager* that has 8+ years of experience with process engineering and 3+ years managing a large-scale production facility with process equipment design and installation. This is a great time to join our outgoing, friendly team that wears multiple hats!

Some of the projects we are currently focusing on:

Natural Ingredients (Personal Care) - Some of the products we are making for Personal Care is a hand soap that uses our activated silk, emulsion moisturizer to help with outer skin, and we even partnered with Michael Strahan for a men's skincare line! Our products are sold at CVS, RiteAid, and Amazon.

Sustainable Chemicals - We are working to reduce chemicals used in the textile industry, specifically the leather industry.

BioMolecules (Med Device) - we have a project in clinical trials for dermal filler. This is using our silk injections to help with fine lines and wrinkles. So if you have medical packaging experience we could use your knowledge in this sector.
What You Will Be Doing - Manage vendors, contractors, and trades to complete large-scale capital projects
- Offer on-site engineering evaluation and management of facility renovations and build out.
- Engineering support will be given for planned and existing process equipment
- Facility architecture and design will be optimized to facilitate effective Manufacturing operations both before and after construction
- Before transferring to manufacturing, draft and carry out IQ/OQ/PQ of new processes to complete qualification
- Develop cost-saving/sustainable enhancements across the whole facility and process, including initial SOPs and preventative maintenance plans for process operation to be handed over to Operations
- Collaborate with Operations, facilitate continuing manufacturing while concurrent construction is taking place
- Help with further ad-hoc Process Engineering projects as needed
