At Webster Bank, our financial intermediation activities are organized broadly around three distinct lines of business: the Consumer Bank, the Commercial Bank, and HSA Bank. This position will be aligned with the Commercial Bank, reporting into the Platforms and Solutions team within the Commercial Administration organization.
As part of the Pricing and Profitability Team for the Commercial Bank and under the leadership of the Managing Director of Pricing and Profitability, the Senior Analyst role will assist with delivering a unified pricing strategy and technology framework across all Webster commercial lines of business. This role will participate in efforts to optimize relationship profitability and pricing practices, leveraging technology and data to drive initiatives for yield improvement. This role will provide strategic initiative execution support, partner with the line of business on deal support, take a lead on adhoc analytics, and utilizes knowledge of complex financial concepts to assist with ensuring the PrecisionLender pricing platform output is consistent with Webster profitability methodologies.
