Job Description Summary
The Senior Office Administrator is responsible for smooth day to day operations of the office by delivering exception customer service to employees and guests. This highly visible position is essential to setting the atmosphere of the office. Additionally, the Sr. Office Administrator is vital for supporting the Operations Manager.
Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greets and directs all employees and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and courtesy
  • Provides a very positive and professional first impression to employees and visitors
  • Ensures that all questions, concerns, and suggestions from employees are addressed and conducts follow up if needed
  • Professionally manage the phones at the front desk
  • Assist employees and guests with conference room IT set up
  • Book and manage conference rooms including set up and clean up
  • Manage office and pantry supplies
  • Liaison with vendors for office deliveries and equipment repairs
  • Cultivates relationships with employees to better understand their requirements and improve the workplaces ability to address them
  • Assist with new hire orientation
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Manage front desk operations including but not limited to parking validations, package & mail intake, meeting catering, event organization, phones, and employee and guest requests.
  • Additional administrative and operational duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS
  • Work Experience - Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a corporate environment
  • Education - Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time and travel from floor to floor or between buildings
