All Sogeti Prospective Candidates Must:

Possess a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree from anaccredited institution.

Be a US Citizen or a current permanent resident Green Cardholder. Sponsorship now or in the future is unable to be provided for thisrole.

Be currently residing in the Chicagoland area. Non-localcandidates will NOT be considered as onsite will eventually be required.

Willingness to travel/commute throughout the entire Chicagolandarea possibly including to as Far North as Waukegan, once allowable and safe.

You will manage, maintain and design the implementation,capacity planning and optimization of network infrastructure. You will applyexpert experience, knowledge and skills to deliver secure, fault tolerant,scalable and flexible infrastructure for operations, support and troubleshootnetwork and application problems and coordinate implementation with staff andvendor personnel. Overall, serving as a knowledge resource for other IT staffboth from business and technical sides.

We arelooking for a bright minded, self-motivated, team player with a strongbackground and skilled with a high degree of intellectual curiosity andabilities with:

Designing and architecting robust, highly-available, highperformance data center network infrastructure involving multiple distributedsystems.

Designing and installing, configuring, administration,upgrade and maintenance of complex Cisco network switches, routers, Wireless,VPN, F5 load balancers and ASA firewalls.

Maximizing network performance by monitoringinfrastructure; troubleshooting network problems and outages, schedulingupgrades collaborating with 3rd party support resources and fellow IT engineerson network optimization.

Managing and coordinating support for all data servicesacross the enterprise; analyzing bandwidth requirements and providing proactivecost and capacity planning.

Leading major network projects to support capacity growth,upgrades and new products/features and integration.

Flexibility to participate in onsite, on-call rotation (24x7)and able to work across all domains, as well onshore/offshore model.

Developing and driving documentation of Standard OperatingProcedure documents, providing training and technical support for users withvarying levels of IT knowledge and competence.

Working closely with other departments/organizations andcollaborating with other IT staff.

Scheduling and implementation nationwide moves adds andchanges of LAN / WAN / WLAN / SDWAN equipment.

Telephony Avaya, supporting configuration , familiaritywith VOIP and Quality of Service.

Ticketing system (ServiceNow) and working under strict SLArequirements on issues from severity levels, writing technical documents andKBAs on-going basis.

Technical Requirements:

AVAYA Communication Manager experience, AVAYA ModularMessaging, AVAYA CMS Administration, AVAYA IQ Reporting, Supporting and makingchanges to call center AVAYA CM, VOIP and able to help users in setup oftelephony equipment.

Expert level experience with: complex IT Infrastructure, networkdesign, planning and implementingscalable, highly available, mission critical network infrastructures.

Configuring and maintain Cisco routers, Cisco switches, Ciscofirewalls and Cisco wireless access points, LAN/WAN technologies. Cisco ASA,Cisco Catalyst. Able to login to switches and make on demand changes and providefeedback.

At least 7+ years of Experience with variety of routingprotocols including BGP, EIGRP, and RIP. + IP Addressing (DHCP, DNS, NAT). +Layer 2 network concepts including spanning tree, VPC, and VLAN design(example: Cisco Nexus/Catalyst switches.

Expert troubleshooting skills (net. device and systemlevel); experienced with Network Analysis Sniffer tools.

Managing 3rd party hardware vendor relationships, ISPs,managed support agreements, etc., Knowledge of AC and DC power systems.

Configuring SNMP monitoring, Excellent knowledge of OSIReference Model, TCP/IP (IPv4 & IPv6) and common RFCs.

Understanding of virtualized environment, Ability toconfigure Microsoft DHCP, DNS, and NPS services, Microsoft Active Directory andGroup Policy knowledge. Azure based networking configuration. Experience withload balancer and application delivery controllers from F5 Networks.

Cisco Wireless Technology (LWAPP & Autonomous), WCSand/or Prime Wireless LAN Management, able to configure new Cisco based LANControllers and AP and able to setup in enterprise environment and giverecommendations and able to deliver high standards of work.

Client Access VPN such as Cisco Any Connect, inconfiguration and support /setup, virtual machines, multi-factor authenticationsetup and administration.

Firewall experience with Cisco ASA, Fortinet FortiGate orother applicable technologies and firewall administration new setup,configurations, rules and able to give expert feedback.

Terminal Access Point (TAP).

Fortinet (FCNSA or higher).

Task automation.

Remote administration (SCCM, SSLVPN, SSH, Remote Desktop)

Cisco based certifications, (CCNA or higher).

Client facing, strong analytical, organizational andinterpersonal skills; excellent communication skills.
