We're searching for a Senior Network Operations Engineer to design, build, install and support our network infrastructure and related technologies for each on-prem and cloud resources. This includes a wide range of offices, retail spaces, and dynamic cloud VPCs across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. What you'll do as a Sr. Network Operations Engineer:

• Perform network design and capacity planning including an active role in standardization of related connectivity, security, and monitoring
  
• Execute on-prem design and implementation for hardware, cable planning, rack design, environmental support coordination, and power requirements
  
• Design and implement network configurations and route flow across multiple cloud infrastructures
  
• Initiate and manage assigned projects from inception to completion including defining and ensuring the success of all project details, timelines, and dependencies
  
• Coordinate with network hardware and professional services vendors to ensure successful acquisition, configuration, and delivery targets
  
• Manage and support our remote access and ZTNA solution to ensure successful network access for end-users to internal systems
  
• Proactively identify, resolve and/or advocate for areas of weakness in our technology stack
  
• Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of assigned alerts for all network and related services
  
• Secure networks and related systems through proper configuration and policies in coordination with the Information Security team
  

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience executing the role described above
  
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment including managing multiple projects simultaneously while assisting with various support interrupts or alerts
  
• Expertise or similar experience with the following technologies required: Firewalls (Fortinet, Sonicwall), Switching, routing and wireless (Aruba, Meraki, Juniper), Cloud Networking (AWS), Remote Access VPN/ZTNA (Zscaler), Monitoring (LogicMonitor)
  
• Experience with server management (Linux/Windows) and commonly related network technologies (DHCP, DNS, etc.) required for proper network administration
  
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network environments to provide quick issue resolution and communication
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills to track and manage assigned projects
