Our practice recognizes the unique challenges of public entities providing consulting and internal auditing for various public sector entities, including state, local, and tribal governments as well as public utilities and K-12 schools. Our team includes a diverse array of talent including well versed Project Managers, Certified Internal Auditors, Certified Public Accountants, and specialists in other areas (human resources, work force planning, engineering, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Quality Advisor for rebate calculations and related special analyses involving swaps, commingled fund allocations, yield restriction analyses, spending exceptions, and reserve fund analyses
  • Assist with compliance for the Arbitrage services group
  • Serve as a technical resource for staff and clients
  • Coordinate with senior team members to develop and implement standardized procedure and work paper and report templates to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risk
  • Review calculations and methodologies of staff members on the Arbitrage services group

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a similar field of study, MBA/MPA desirable but not a requirement
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the Municipal Advisory or Finance industry
  • Demonstrated analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills

Additional Information

For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $163,620 - $346,800. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
