The Fuel & Convenience division is a rapidly growing segment within Walmart with a mission to save customers time and money by providing quality fuel and merchandise in a convenient and accessible format.

This role will be supporting our fueling maintenance & repair team.

We're looking for someone with...

• A passion for leveraging data to solve complex business problems - analysis, modeling, and visualization skills are critical
• An eye for creating well-designed dashboards/reports that are easily and quickly digestible by internal leaders and decision-makers
• Intellectual curiosity that drives continual learning
• An innate ability to collect disparate information, process it, and synthesize it into actionable outcomes

You'll hit the ground running if you...

• Have experience working with ServiceChannel
• Consistently bring a customer-first service mind-set that is driven by solving problems for cross-functional internal & external teams
• Demonstrate a contagious enthusiasm to equip associates with information and resources that allow them to transform everyday customer experiences
• Are comfortable navigating competing deadlines, high priority and high urgency tasks, and multiple stakeholders
• Balance a strong attention to detail with a high emotional intelligence
• Maintain a drive to create processes that are scalable and repeatable

• Strong project management capabilities underscored with high emotional intelligence
• Highly effective communication skills spanning written and verbal formats
• An ability to leverage and shape data into compelling and relevant actions via dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools
