Job Title: Senior Manager, Portfolio Governance

Summary:
The Senior Manager, Portfolio Governance is responsible for building, implementing, championing and continuously improving Hershey's technology portfolio, program and project governance practices. This role is a key role on the PMO Center of Excellence, seen as a thought leader over Portfolio Governance and best practices with regards to Executive Portfolio measurements KPIs.
The Sr. Manager, Portfolio Governance role should have solid experience with sound portfolio governance practices, development of industry standard and Hershey aligned measures, including OKRs and KPIs. This role will build strong partnerships with PMO COE peers, Portfolio Managers, IS and business leaders to ensure understanding, alignment and adoption of governance processes, delivery value drivers, PPM data maturity, sound financial stewardship in portfolio governance.
The role will be the key liaison between Enterprise Prioritization Committee, Portfolio Business and IS leaders, as well the PMO, to drive governance effectiveness and value in Enterprise technology investments. Responsibilities will include design, implementation, education and management of the project intake/ demand process, portfolio KPIs and all governance related processes for portfolio, program and project in the Enterprise Technology Portfolio.
The Sr Manager, Portfolio Governance is a servant leader and influencer for the Enterprise Technology Portfolio who will assure portfolio health, outline risks/issues and facilitate difficult conversations regarding the prioritization, trade-offs, continued execution, risks and issues within the portfolio. This role will be a change agent for business agility, lean portfolio management and continuous improvement of governance processes.
