Our client, a nonprofit research organization, is seeking a Senior Manager of Benefits and Leaves to join their team in Hartford County. Key responsibilities include overseeing employee benefits program, leaves of absence and workers compensation programs. If this sounds like you, please apply below!

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required
• 5 + years of experience
• Workday experience, preferred
• Must be proactive and detail - oriented
• Must have workers compensation and Leave of absence experience

The salary range for this position is between $110k-160k.

Compensation commensurate with experience
