Job Responsibilities:

• Undertake projects and initiatives as assigned while ensuring timely delivery and milestone achievement.
  
• Evaluate and test new solutions to ensure seamless integration and optional workflow.
  
• Work with various departments to develop and maintain procedures using the bank's procedure management software.
  
• Create and deliver engaging training content and refresher sessions as required by ever-changing business needs.
  
• Mitigate risk by proactively identifying and addressing gaps in training, process, or procedure.
  
• Serve as a central resource for all training material while ensuring its organization and ongoing updates.
  
• Streamline and improve communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
  
• Assist with tracking and monitoring vendor relationships and contracts to prevent disruption and ensure seamless service.
  
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust data analytics and reporting.
  
• Support sales activities such as lead and opportunity management, distribution, and tracking.
  
• Support administrative activities such as onboarding new hires, invoicing, forecasting, and budgeting.
  
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on regulatory compliance, efficient workflows, and continuous improvement.
  

Experience:

• Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required.
  
• 5+ years of lending experience
  
• Program Management experience
  
• Industry experience in retail banking, financial sales and services
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Encompass, PowerLender, Tableau preferred
  
• Ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  
• Ability to collaborate and work independently
  
• Hybrid schedule - 3 day in Southington, CT.
  

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 USD annually. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
