Primary Function of Position:

This position will be responsible for managing the technical side of our Identity Access Management platform(s). As an Sr. IT Security Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining innovatve solutions that support the needs of our corporate Identiy Access Management system. You will also be involved as an SME for enterprise Idenity Access Management initiatives/projects where you will interact with various business, security, engineering and operational teams.

 

Responsibilities:

This position has responsibility for:

  • Application enrollment into Sailpoint IdentityIQ / Automate access provisioning/de-provisioning using REST API’s.
  • Developed custom workflows, custom rules, custom forms.
  • Implemented role engineering and RBAC using Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
  • Experience in development as well as consumption of Web Services APIs (JSON / XML / RPC).
  • Administrating the corporate Identity and Access Management / Governance system.
  • Identify system and process gaps, construct project proposals and deploy solutions.
  • Support access management initiatives and implement security best practices.
  • Design, integrate, and support IAM/IAG tools and processes.
  • Worked on the Sailpoint IdentityIQ version upgrades and patching.
  • Experience with all Sailpoint IdentityIQ modules: LCM, Reporting/Analytics and Certifications
  • Experience with SSO and MFA solutions.
  • Analyze requests to adequately assess risk and best practices to define acceptable solutions, aligning business and security requirements.
  • Help develop and monitor key performance indicators and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+yrs Java development experience / IAM tool experience (Sailpoint IdentityIQ preferred) / scripting (shell or pearl) / Application enrollment experience into Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with access governance including access controls (eg: RBAC), attestations, and supporting audit related activities.
  • Knowledge and experience with identity directory architecture and design, identity federation, provisions processes, and single sign-on (SSO).
  • Knowledge of core IT technologies and processes (e.g., network systems, operating systems, databases and change control processes).
  • Capable of communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences with varying skills sets, communicating with both technology providers and business leaders.
  • Experience with IT audit/assessment/examination.
  • Demonstrated experience teaming with business and IT stakeholders to deliver projects.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of MS or Bachelor’s degree in a technical related field (or additional related experience).
