Location: Deerfield, IL
Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Deerfield, Illinois Area looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager for their team. This role is a hybrid schedule and will be supporting the Directors and Vice Presidents in the assigned sections of the business. The right candidate needs to have previous HR experience supporting leaders and a background in organizational effectiveness and talent strategies. This role is a great fit for someone with ambition to be challenged and grow in their HR Career.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead and execute strategic human resource initiatives in coordination with senior leaders focuses on Talent Strategies, Organizational Effectivess, and general HR projects in TA, engagement, and performance management
• Support Senior Leaders on performance management of their direct reports and manage succession planning for all the Senior Leaders and their teams
• Be subject matter expert on all things HR relating to compensation, benefits, and leave management
• Manage engagement and retention strategies and align those with the business needs to ensure employees are valued and supported
• Be adaptable in their HR responsibilities; be able to pivot and re-establish priorities in administration, day-to-day hr duties, and projects

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Master's Degree or HR Certification preferred
• 8+ years of Human Resources Experience
• Experience in manufacturing, IT, or related industries
