Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HRIS analyst (Workday) supporting our Global Human Resources Group located in The Woodlands, TX. This position will report to our Senior Manager of Global HR Systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining system configuration within the Workday system to meet ongoing business needs. Experience in Security, Reporting, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation and Global Payroll integrations is critical.

The candidate should also be capable of leading projects engaging HR associates on a local, regional and/or global level. Recruiting, Onboarding. calculated Fields, Composite and Matrix Reporting. Excellent communication skills with all levels of the team.

Experience in Workforce analytics, dashboards and composite reports a plus.

May be responsible for defining system requirements and working with external vendors to evaluate and select HRIS software and systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ongoing daily operations for HRIS system - foundational data, security, configuration updates
• Participate in Release Management testing
• Assist in moving work to our GBS center of excellence
• Analyst, troubleshoot and resolve global HR system issues
• Lead projects regionally for Workday optimization
• Liaison with Global Payroll providers
• Assist integrations lead with Workday data in support of interfaces to external providers
• Update back office training documentation, as needed and communicate changes to end users

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6-9 years HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
