Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days in our midtown Manhattan office required.

The Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist role contributes to cross-functional project teams by conducting analyses to drive business results, supporting leaders in the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and analytics. The resulting insights enable leadership to better understand their employees and make informed business decisions. This role makes an impact as a seasoned, professional individual contributor, ready to manage projects, work independently, help teammates thrive and collaborate with stakeholders across the company.

HR Reporting and Analytics provides managers and leadership with information to help them understand their employees and make business decisions. HR Reporting and Analytics prepares, analyzes and reviews individual and organization-wide human resource information, including data related to employee demographics, skills, absences, overtime, or employee turnover.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the HR Strategy and Corporate Information Solutions (technical) teams to build analytics solutions in support of the enterprise people strategy
  • Participate in efforts with subject matter experts across HR (COE's, HRBPs, HRSS) to improve overall strategic and operational performance indicators and insights.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with COE, HR Services, People Partner, and Finance colleagues.
  • Work in an agile manner to respond to high-priority data and analytics requests to support key stakeholders and initiatives.
  • Support efforts to improve and evolve our reporting & analytics capabilities.
  • Support Human Resources function management in the areas of operational metrics and reporting for HR Internally.
  • Support and collaborate with People Partners, HR Chiefs of Staff, and business unit data analysts in support of enterprise and business unit data and analytics needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Strategy and Corporate Information Solutions (technical) teams to build solutions and respond to high-priority data requests in support of enterprise People strategy.

Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR reporting and analytics experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in statistics, behavioral science, or related fields

Experience:
  • Have extensive experience with data collection, cleansing and analysis, advanced analytics (e.g., multivariate regression models), HR data reporting and interactive dashboards, and successfully collaborating with HR functional leaders and analysts, preferably in a corporate environment.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Data collection, data warehousing, data / statistical analysis,
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), workforce planning, forecasting, scenario planning, HR software systems, HR information systems (Workday),
  • Ad hoc reporting, project management, business processes, process improvement, HR consulting, communications, attention to detail, business acumen

The applicable base salary range for this role is $82,000 to $164,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location,certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In additionto the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
