Our Senior HR Business Partner is an inspiring leader and key member of the HR team. You will provide strategic HR leadership for our East Region. This position utilizes business knowledge, data, and understanding gained from working deep within the business, to provide strategic insight, feedback and process improvements. We don't have a "burning platform" but are pushing our employees for innovation and change as it relates to working at Prologis and advancing their career trajectory. As a true partner to the business, you will be covering a broad range of HR areas of expertise including, Inclusion & Diversity, leadership coaching, employee development, organization optimization, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, metrics/data utilization to drive decisions, and other HR initiatives/programs.

Here's how to do that:

  • Develop short-term and long-term HR strategies for the region in collaboration with senior-level leaders.
  • Act as a creative inspiring leader in human capital management Prologis.
  • Understand concepts related to talent, inclusion, equity, and diversity (TIED); advocate for TIED in all practices and process at Prologis.
  • Lead both strategic and operational organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Design and support organizational structures that are focused on the implementation of business strategies. Serve as a champion and leader of change at all levels of the organization.
  • Assess the talent needs within the organization and develop plans to identify, acquire and develop the next generation of leaders.
  • Utilize broad expertise in multiple HR disciplines (Talent Management, Total Rewards, Recruiting, Employee Relations, etc..) to advise business leaders and employees.
  • Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • As the single point of contact for the regions HR support, liaise with Centers of Excellence within the broader Prologis HR team.
  • Collaborate and counsel managers on an ongoing basis regarding compensation alignment and equity.
  • Be responsible for the execution of cyclical HR processes (employee relations, performance reviews, compensation reviews, etc..) and provide appropriate consultation to leaders.
  • Own and execute enterprise-level projects when assigned.

  • 8+ years as an HR Business Partner. Advanced certification or education a plus.
  • A proven eye for business and broad HR experience as a partner and influencer.
  • Must be a thoughtful, proactive decision-maker and be able to lead with curiosity, candor, and care.
  • Demonstrable track record of consulting with senior leadership within an organization to build long-range HR strategies.
  • Must be proficient in local, state, and federal employment law.
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, deal with ambiguity, and achieve results in a fast-paced, heavily matrixed team environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage conflict and seek resolutions good for all parties.
  • Proven cultural change agent, challenge the status quo and develop creative solutions to global business challenges.
  • Track record of high integrity and credibility.
  • Diplomacy, maturity, and ability to keep confidences.
  • Lean methodology experience strongly preferred but not required.
  • Travel time up to 20 - 25% required.
