RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in the Pleasant Prairie, WI area that is looking for a Senior Financial Operations Analyst. You will be working in office mainly. This is a visible leadership role. The company offers some flexibility and potential hybrid opportunities, but it's the Manager's discretion.Summary:This role will be a key financial support role for our Operations and Finance Teams. The individual will support the management of key financial & operational metrics, spending & cost controls, and our pricing programs. This position will have exposure to leadership personnel at all levels of the organization. You will report to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.REQUIREMENTS:
- BS/BA degree - Finance or Accounting preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or audit
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advance skills in Microsoft Excel, I.E - Xlookup and Pivot tables
- Experience with SAP/ERP and consolidation programs preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Prior pricing experience a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
