We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst who will grow at our corporate office in Marysville, Ohio.

The Senior Finance Analyst (SFA) will provide financial & analytical support to the finance and supply chain teams. They will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics to help benefit the supply chain and finance leaders. The FA will have a strong balance of quantitative analytical skills, creativity and business acumen. In addition, the SFA will need to demonstrate initiative, time management skills, flexibility and the ability to interact effectively with multiple business partners & functions. They will be involved in the month-end close process, forecast, variance analysis and cost center management.

In this role you will:

  • Utilize enterprise information systems (SAP/BW) for data analysis.
  • Work closely with finance & cross functional teams to create value-added reporting.
  • Assist in monthly accounting processes including month-end close, analysis of monthly results and preparation of monthly forecasts & annual budget.
  • Assistance with annual physical inventory process.
  • Visualize data using Tableau and other software.
  • Analyze data for trends and insights.
  • Participate in statistical analysis projects.
  • Present data-driven recommendations.

The perfect person will have:
  • Bachelor's degree with concentration in accounting or finance.
  • Internship or other relevant experience in finance, accounting and/or analytics.
  • Experience using SAP and BW preferred.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite due to the amount of time spent analyzing data.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Able to work effectively cross-functionally within the organization.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Strong initiative and results-oriented.
