What you'll do:

*    Build advanced dynamic web applications based on digital marketing stacks such as Sitecore, AEM, Drupal, Wordpress, CrownPeak, and EpiServer
*    Collaborate with our internal teams to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot accessible, and W3C-compliant data-driven web applications including integration with existing client systems, web services and 3rd party web service APIs
*    Apply development/programming standard methodologies, such as, specification design/review, object oriented development, in-line comments and other typical documentation specifications
*    Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment
*    Collaborate with creative and other departments to clarify requirements and provide feedback
*    Diagnose and solve technical problems related to entire web application, including performance, stability and security
*    Bring an innovative spirit to leading projects
*    Contribute to detailed estimates for development endeavors
*    Learn new technologies that are being used by our customers
*    Improve existing skills and learn new technologies
*    Collaborate with QA team in design and implementation of test plans resolving any issues and ensuring software quality
*    Optimize detailed communication of technical requirements
*    Present ideas and demos to our clients and help shape our technical landscape
*    Work with clients on post-launch improvements and enhancements
*    Guide and mentor junior team members to meet Hero Digital's standards
*    Work with teams from multiple geographic locations, including nearshore and offshore
 

We're looking for someone with serious chops that loves building large scale web projects and exposure to an ever changing set of clients and technologies. You'll also need to have:

*    Experience building CMS templates and dynamic sites design using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C#, .NET, and Sitecore 8 or 9
*    Experience with Sitecore templates and components
*    Experience with RESTful .Net APIs
*    React experience is a plus
*    Architecture and implementation experience building CMS templates and dynamic sites design using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C#, .NET, and CrownPeak API routines
*    Strong hands on experience working with the Adobe Experience Cloud and understanding of standard Java development, particularly in web application development. namely; Java, J2EE, Application server development, Struts, Spring, Ajax, OSGI, JCR and SQL
*    Required Skills: C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio, Unit Testing
*    Bonus Skills: Oracle, MySQL, Apache, Perl, Java, PHP, ASP, Sitecore
*    At least 4 years of professional software/web development experience.
*    Experience working within a collaborative, cross-functional agency environment, particularly with QA analysts, UX and Visual designers, and business analysts is a plus
*    Deep familiarity lending acquired skills to a fast-paced, iterative prototyping and development environment
*    Comfortable balancing priorities and deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously
*    Optimistic attitude and resourcefulness working in a fast-paced environment
*    Outstanding problem solver that's always up for a new challenge to acquire positive results
*    A B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience and certification
