Description

  • Team Development - Lead the Operations Team and support each member's professional development. Also supervise and guide the Operations Team through the execution of plans daily.
  • Leadership - Work alongside the local leaders of lines of business to meet lofty goals plus create an environment which focuses on creating an experience of excellence, having fun, growth, resilience, and integrity.
  • Increase Capacity - Manage Operations functions (Accounting, HR, IT, Facilities, etc) with a goal of supporting consultants, business development, and recruiting capacity to reach the teams' goals.
  • Organization - Organizing and documenting processes and keep updated as processes mature.


The Senior Director, Operations is responsible for ensuring optimal efficiency and scalability of business procedures for the San Antonio office. They will ensure all facets of business management are designed and upheld to promote maximum efficiency and profitability. This role is perfect for a proactive, strategic thinker, who also loves the details, with self-confidence and a passion for employee and customer excellence and precise results. This position contributes and implements strategic process improvements, ensures legal compliance with applicable regulations, and promotes cost-effective business practices.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee office efficiency.
  • Help ensure processes remain legally compliant.
  • Contribute to strategic and operational objectives.
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
  • Support management of budgets and forecasts.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff.
  • Identify and implement methods to increase client retention, revenue, and profitability.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
  • 5 years or more leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience with human resources and payroll
  • Experience managing projects and improving processes
  • Excellent communicator and desire to coach
  • Detail-oriented and likes multi-tasking, dotting i's, and crossing t's
  • Likes to have fun and impact the lives and careers of others

Technical Skills:
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Bullhorn preferred.

Basic Skills:
  • Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines; Organized, detailed, and results driven.

Travel :

5% - Occasional travel to annual conference or client sites
