Our client, a fast-growing advertising company, is looking for a Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion to join their Human Resources team. In this role, you will spearhead all D&I initiatives, and your responsibilities will include growing strong recruitment strategies that will attract diverse talent, coordinating third party vendors for company-wide education programs, defining metrics to asses effectiveness of DEI programs, and supporting the HR team on policy development. Requirements

• 8+ years of DEI leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
