In this role, you will spearhead all D&I initiatives, and your responsibilities will include growing strong recruitment strategies that will attract diverse talent, coordinating third party vendors for company-wide education programs, defining metrics to asses effectiveness of DEI programs, and supporting the HR team on policy development.
