We are seeking a talented, hands-on Senior Data Engineer to join our expanding engineering organization where you will have the opportunity to design and build powerful, easy-to-use web-based SaaS applications.
What You Will Be Doing As a Senior Data Engineer you will be responsible for acting as our database subject matter expert to help develop the vision for our database architecture. Provide key input on schema design for reports and analytics. Provide support to development teams while mentoring engineering team members on the modern database architecture principles. Collaborate with internal architects to design and build out the ETL process from data ingestion to reporting output. Monitor and analyze database performance alongside our Operations team and follow best practices of software engineering such as code reviews, scrum, and SDLC.
What You Need for this Position - Bachelors Degree or advanced degree with 6 years of development in a Cloud SaaS environment
- Strong communication skills
- 2+ years experience with Postgres in production

Minimum 4 years of experience with the following techs:

- Python
- C#/.NET
- AWS
