RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Benefits Analyst in Tucson, AZ.Summary:This role will assist us in delivering our Open Enrollment as well as helping to document some of the day-to-day delivery tasks of our US benefits programs. This includes vendor and process management that help to deliver employee programs, while ensuring compliance with all mandatory/statutory regulations.Responsibilities:

• Assist with Annual Open Enrollment Period for the current fiscal year for our US benefits programs, including, but not limited to: health, insurance, wellness and retirement plans, interpreting policies/procedures, regulations; Auditing and analyzing data, and handling escalated provider issues
• Establishing and maintaining working relationships with benefit providers to maximize plan performance and the employee experience
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing in partnership with our benefits, payroll & external partner teams
• Interpret related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assist with putting together project plans and process documentation across programs where needed
• Communicate with benefit plan vendors regarding eligibility and other issues; Conduct benefit audits, analyze data, and handle benefit-related reporting and billing reconciliation when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, HR, or organizational development
• 5+ years benefit experience
• Experience in driving an Open Enrollment period
• Experience executing project plan for US Benefits Open Enrollment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with highly confidential information
• Demonstrates diligence, strong initiative and is self-managed
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment
• Strong project management experience
• Strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience with both internal (Workday) and vendor systems
